It’s very rare for someone to fall ill at one of our events.

The vast majority of events take place on the River Sado or in bays along the Arrábida coast, which are very sheltered from the waves. For this reason, the boats sail smoothly, providing a great experience for all passengers.

For events off the rivers or on busier days, we always adapt the itinerary so that everyone can enjoy the cruise to the full.

If you suffer from chronic motion sickness, where you get seasick even in the car, we recommend taking one tablet 30 minutes before boarding.

Yes, it is possible, as long as the boat, crew and staff are available.

It’s always safer to hire overtime in advance.

Events can be held at any time of the day or night.

The only limitation is noise if the boat is moored at the dock. If you want to have a party with unlimited sound and entertainment, just set sail.

The schedule is entirely chosen by the client and naturally depends on the availability of the boat.

The maximum capacity is not flexible and refers to the total number of people your group can hold, including babies and children.

Yes, of course!

If you want to dive, you must choose a duration of 3 hours or more and it is dependent on the crew’s approval.

The routes shown are suggestions. If you wish, it can be set by you, as long as the contracted duration and the weather and sea conditions allow it.

All boats have a Bluetooth or USB connection (check on each boat’s page) where you can connect a device to listen to your music throughout the boat.

All our boats available for parties have catering menus that you can add to the boat rental.

However, on some boats it is also possible to bring your own food and drink (see conditions on each boat).
Red drinks are not allowed.

If you want to bring food or drinks, you should also bring all the necessary support material (glasses, plates, napkins, etc.).

The meeting point is indicated on each boat’s page, as well as in the confirmation emails. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time.

We recommend that you stick to the timetable, as a delay at the beginning is not necessarily compensated for at the end.

If weather and sea conditions put the safety of the boat and participants at risk, the trip will be postponed or canceled. In this case, the user will be entitled to a full refund. If you wish to postpone for other reasons, we will always try to do so at the lowest possible cost.

The prices shown are total values including VAT. Bookings are made directly online on each boat’s page or by whatsapp/email with full payment of the tour within 72 hours before the date. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

• More than 60 days from the date: refund of the full amount
• From 6 to 60 days from the date: refund of half the total amount
• Less than 6 days: no refund

In the event of postponement: the cancellation conditions apply, taking into account the first date.

In the event of cancellation after the postponement, there will be no refund.

For lack of safety conditions due to weather or vessel problems: full refund.
