  • Prepare and organize all the logistics up to the confirmation of the reservation.<\/li>

  • Suggest alternatives if weather or operational conditions prevent the rental from taking place.<\/li><\/ul>

    • Follow the safety rules and instructions of the crew.

      Payments and Reservations<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • The reservation is guaranteed with a payment of 50%<\/strong> of the total rental price (including extras).<\/li>
      • The remaining balance must be paid up to 7 days before<\/strong> the date of the event.<\/li>
      • Reservations made less than 7 days before the event require a 100% payment<\/strong> at the time of booking.<\/li>
      • After confirmation, the operator becomes directly responsible for carrying out the service.<\/li>
      • Payment via bank transfer<\/strong> or payment link<\/strong> (Revolut or Stripe).<\/li><\/ul>

        If safety conditions do not permit evacuation (weather, malfunction, or situations beyond the operator's control):

        Cancellation by the customer<\/strong><\/h6>

        When the customer cancels, the boat is immediately put back on sale.
        \u00a0If we manage to resell the date:
        \u00a0\u27a1\ufe0f 100% refund<\/strong>, regardless of the cancellation deadline.<\/p>

        If we are unable to resell<\/strong>, the following costs apply:<\/p>

        • +30 days prior:<\/strong> 20% of the total value<\/li>
        • 29 to 16 days:<\/strong> 35% of the total amount<\/li>
        • 15 to 8 days:<\/strong> 50% of the total amount<\/li>
        • 7 days or less:<\/strong> 100% of the total value

            • Personal accident insurance<\/strong> for participants, including:

              • \u20ac3,500 treatment\/repatriation expenses

              • Coverage is valid for participants between 3 months and 75 years of age.<\/li>
