Scope of Activity
Within the scope of tourist entertainment activities, experiences and recreational activities at sea may be organized.
When experiences involve vessels operated by third parties, the maritime operation is conducted by the respective licensed maritime-tourism operators, who are responsible for the vessel, crew, safety and operation of the activity at sea.
Each operator is also responsible for complying with the legal obligations applicable to maritime-tourism activities, including licensing and insurance.
